I am a professional athlete. I have always had to train and stay in shape on my own. The best part of my growth in strength came through a brief stint with a personal trainer. So when I was searching for a personal trainer for my daughter Kristen,I knew what I was looking for. I interviewed several trainers in the Greenville/Spartanburg area, but I didn't think the fit with those trainers were right for my kid. They sounded either too aggressive or just the opposite. When we found Ronnie Kirby I knew right away he would take care of a growing body. He would never push but encourage. He wouldn't let her settle but instead found alternate ways to get the job done. I know that if a person sees results they will eventually push harder anyway without quitting before they see the results! Kristen is a tennis player! Ronnie isn't. CHRISTIAN MARONI / WRESTLING
Throughout my high school career I played football and wrestled.While both of these sports are taxing, the transition between the two was always hard.Football required me to be bigger so I was more of a presence on the field. Wrestling required more stamina and a lower weight. I trained with Ronnie my senior year to prepare for the transition. I went undefeated during the regular season.
